If you checked Brawl Plus before just now, you might of noticed the website was suspeded or down.
That was my fault. I forgot to put money in my bank account for my host to pull money out of to pay the bill.

The previous RSBE01.gct had an animation line bug where important changes were not functioning (i.e., Pit’s aerial landing lag reduction). If you are running Windows, please use Bionic Sonic’s autoupdater to receive the fix.

Bionic Sonic Edit (3:16pm EST): There is now a bug-free installer and updater for Windows users.

There’s a lot of wifi hype at the moment (and much respect to Hambone for making the ladders), so I figured I’d throw in some “Real Life” Smash perspective. Nothing against wifi, I just hope it dies in a fire.
